Welcome to Ecclesia College! New Student Enrollment Validation is your official check-in process for the Fall 2026 semester.
This event is for new freshmen, transfer students, re-enrolled students, and students beginning at Ecclesia for the first time.
During Enrollment Validation, you will confirm important enrollment items before the semester begins. This helps make sure your class registration, financial aid, student account, housing, and other enrollment steps are ready for the fall.
Who Should Register
Register for this event if you are a:
- New freshman
- New transfer student
- Re-enrolled student
- New international student
Choosing Your Arrival Time
When you register, you will choose an available arrival time. Please arrive at your selected appointment time so staff can serve students and families as smoothly as possible.
Appointment start times are offered throughout the Enrollment Validation window. More appointment times may be available by scrolling through the list of dates and times below. The full process may take approximately 45–90 minutes depending on the number of steps you need to complete.

Students living on campus may move into campus housing after completing Enrollment Validation and receiving clearance to move in.

- Accept or review your financial aid offer, if available

Families and Guests
Families are welcome to attend Enrollment Validation with their student. Some portions of Welcome Week may be designed specifically for students, and additional schedule details will be shared as they are finalized.

- When can I move into my dorm?
Residential students may move into campus housing after completing Enrollment Validation and receiving clearance to move in.
- Where should I go first when I arrive?
Go first to your scheduled Enrollment Validation appointment. Residential students should not go directly to their residence hall before completing Enrollment Validation.
- Can my family come with me?
Yes. Families are welcome to attend Enrollment Validation with their student.
- What should I bring?
Bring a photo ID and any documents requested by Ecclesia staff before your arrival. Please check your Ecclesia email before coming to campus in case a department has requested a specific item.
- Where can I find the Packing List?
The Packing List is available on the Student Arrival Hub.
- Where can I find the Campus Map?
The Campus Map is available on the Student Arrival Hub. We recommend saving it on your phone before arriving.
- What if I still have missing financial aid, student account, class registration, or housing items?
You should still attend Enrollment Validation at your scheduled time. Staff will help identify your next steps. Completing items before you arrive will make the check-in process smoother.
- Do I have to attend Orientation?
New students are expected to participate in Orientation activities. Orientation is designed to help you understand campus life, meet other students, and prepare for a successful start at Ecclesia.
- What if I cannot attend at the available times?
Contact the Admissions Office as soon as possible so we can help you determine your next step.
- I only see a few appointment times. Are there more available?
More appointment times may be available by scrolling through the Dates and Times section. If you cannot find a time that works, contact the Admissions Office.
