Welcome Week helps students begin the Fall 2026 semester with clarity, confidence, and community.
During Welcome Week, students will complete important enrollment steps, move into campus housing if applicable, participate in orientation, connect with faculty and staff, and begin building relationships with other students.
Choose Your Enrollment Validation Event
All students should register for the Enrollment Validation event that matches their student status. When you register, you will choose an available arrival time. Registration options are listed below under Upcoming Events.
New Student Enrollment Validation – Fall 2026
For new freshmen, transfer students, re-enrolled students, and students beginning at Ecclesia for the first time.
Returning Student Enrollment Validation – Fall 2026
For students who previously attended Ecclesia and are returning for the Fall 2026 semester.

What is Enrollment Validation?
Enrollment Validation is an important check-in process that helps confirm students are ready for the semester.
During Enrollment Validation, students may connect with campus offices related to academics, financial aid, student accounts, housing, student life, and enrollment.
Students should arrive at their selected appointment time. The full Enrollment Validation process may take approximately 45–90 minutes depending on the number of steps each student needs to complete.
Residential students may move into campus housing after completing Enrollment Validation and receiving clearance to move in.
